1. Sponsors

This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Unisport Soccer and adidas (“Sponsors”).

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members of Sponsors are not eligible to participate where prohibited by law.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins upon publication of the giveaway post and ends on Friday, May 29, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Eligible participants may enter by following the instructions outlined in the official giveaway social media post or webpage. Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise specified.

Any attempt to obtain additional entries through fraudulent or automated means may result in disqualification at Sponsors’ sole discretion.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

Four (4) tickets to:

• Match: Germany vs. Curaçao (Match M010)
• Date: Sunday, June 14
• Kickoff Time: 12:00 PM
• Location: Houston, Texas

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize: $1,600 USD.

Prize consists only of the items specifically listed above. Transportation, lodging, meals, parking, travel expenses, and any other incidental expenses are solely the responsibility of the winner.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted except at Sponsors’ sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The selected winner will be contacted via direct message, email, or other method determined by Sponsors. The winner must respond and provide all requested information no later than Friday, May 29, 2026, unless otherwise extended by Sponsors at their sole discretion.

If a selected winner:

• cannot be contacted,
• fails to respond within the required timeframe,
• is found to be ineligible, or
• fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions,

Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify the selected winner and select an alternate winner.

7. Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant Sponsors permission to use their name, username, likeness, city/state of residence, and submitted content for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsors, social media platforms, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.

Sponsors are not responsible for:

• technical failures,
• lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries,
• unauthorized intervention, or
• any other errors related to the administration of the Promotion.

9. General Conditions

Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsors’ reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms & Conditions.

10. Privacy

Any personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for the administration of the giveaway and in accordance with the applicable privacy policies of the Sponsors.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States and the applicable state laws governing Sponsors’ principal places of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.technical failures,lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries,unauthorized intervention, orany other errors related to the administration of the Promotion.
