Refund policy

RETURNS

  • Unisport Soccer offers a full refund on regular priced non-custom, unused products within 30 days of purchase
  • All returns incur a $9.99 flat rate return shipping paid by the customer
  • ALL clearance items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box and cannot be taped or damaged
  • All items must include original tags and packaging in new condition
  • Numbered or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged
  • We suggest trying all merchandise on in a clean, indoor area to ensure that the item fits to your liking
  • Please do not return anything back to Unisport Soccer that exceeds the 30 day period, or violates any portion of the stated policy, as we will not be able to process a refund and the item will be shipped back to you with a $9.99 service and shipment fee to the original form of payment
  • Returns and Exchanges can only be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • If you would like to process a return or exchange please email help@unisportsoccer.com for your return/exchange authorization.
  • Returning items from an online order is possible in any of our retail locations, as long as the return adheres to the policy described above. Please note that when returning this way, ONLY an exchange or a store credit will be offered in place of a refund to your original payment method.

DEFECTS

Footwear, Goalkeeper Gloves and Equipment

  • Due to the various playing surfaces and weather conditions, all items will experience normal wear and tear. This includes but is not limited to color loss, loose threads, small gaps between the outsole and the upper and minor tears in the latex palm
  • It is recommended that for both footwear and goalkeeper gloves that you purchase multiple (training and match) pairs to increase the life of the products
  • We guarantee our footwear, goalkeeper gloves and equipment free of performance affecting defects for 60 days from the date of purchase
  • In the event that a defect does occur, a store credit will be offered in the return of the defective merchandise
  • Manufacturer warranties that surpass Unisport Soccer's 60 day defect policy will have to be handled directly with the manufacturer

Apparel

  • We guarantee our apparel to be free of manufacturing defects as well as customization defects for 6 months from the date of purchase
  • This warranty does not cover such things as pulls in fabric, color loss or shrinkage
  • In the event that a defect does occur, a store credit will be offered in the return of the defective merchandise

Retail Store Receipt Return Policy

Unisport Soccer offers a full refund on all Non-Custom, unused products within 30 days of purchase accompanied by this receipt. We guarantee our footwear, goalkeeper gloves and equipment free of defects for 60 days from the date of purchase. In the event that a defect does occur, a store credit will be offered in the return of the defective merchandise.
