Shipping policy

Unisport Soccer encourages customers to inspect their products within 48 hours of delivery to ensure accuracy. If an order contains a discrepancy, please contact customer service within 5 business days of delivery.

Our commitment to addressing these matters is contingent upon the specific circumstances surrounding each case.

Expedited shipping does not impact the processing time of the order rather only affects the time in transit. For example, when selecting two-business day shipping, your order will process in the stated processing time and will be in transit for 2 business days.

If the tracking information from your order is marked as delivered but it is not received, we advise you to reach out to the carrier for more information or to file a claim. Unisport Soccer does not accept any responsibility once the carrier has successfully marked the package as delivered.

If an order is “Return to Sender” our team will contact you through your account email to confirm your shipping address. Once confirmed we will reprocess the shipment for delivery.*
*This process will occur once the order has arrived at our facility.

30 days from the date marked “ready for pickup”. Please be advised orders in excess of 30 days will be shipped to the address on your account and a charge of $9.99 will be prompted to your original payment method.
